Laser Eye Surgery

Description

Laser treatment is used to improve or correct myopia (short-sightedness), hypermetropia (long sightedness) and astigmatism (uneven curvature of the eye's surface). There are various types of laser, depending on the type of condition to be treated: 

FEMTOSECOND LASER (Intralase 60 khz): refractive surgery, intacs and queratoplastia. 

EXCIMER LASER: myopia, hipermetropía and astigmatism. 

ARGON LASER: retina, glaucoma, diabetes. 

YAG LASER: Secondary cataract, glaucoma. 

DIODO LASER: retina, glassy. 

CROSS-COUNTRY RACE - LINKING: It is a new technology for the treatment of the keratoconus and Post-Lasik latrogenic kerastasia.

Photodynamic treatment with VISUDYNE (Macular Degeneration associated with the age, TFD).
